About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure
- Develop and support enterprise data platform capabilities using Azure services and Databricks
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to automate cloud provisioning and platform deployment
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application and infrastructure delivery
- Develop automation solutions and platform services using Python
- Contribute to secure, resilient, and highly available cloud architectures
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration frameworks
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, Architects, Security teams, and Product Owners
- Drive platform standardization, governance, monitoring, and operational best practices
- Troubleshoot complex platform issues and perform root cause analysis
- Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, automation, testing, and DevOps practices
- Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience
- Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer, Cloud Engineer, or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services
- Experience designing and implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
- Experience developing automation solutions and platform tooling using Python
- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and modern data platform environments
- Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery models
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, scalability, and operational best practices
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud and data platforms
- Customer-focused growth mindset and ability to work inclusively with others
