Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, administer, optimize, and support Zscaler security platforms in a global enterprise environment
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for cloud-delivered security, Zero Trust Network Access, Secure Web Gateway, and secure internet access solutions
Collaborate with security, network, identity, and infrastructure teams
Design and maintain Zscaler security policies
Support complex incident resolution
Drive platform improvements
Ensure the availability, performance, and effectiveness of Zscaler technologies
Participate in security transformation projects, technology integrations, and governance activities
Provide technical leadership for Zscaler initiatives and operational support
Mentor junior security professionals

Requirements

What you’ll need

10 years of experience in Cyber Security, Network Security, or Infrastructure Security
7+ years of hands-on experience with Zscaler technologies
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related discipline
Strong experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
Strong experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
Strong experience with Zscaler Client Connector
Strong experience with Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
Strong experience with Zero Trust Architecture
Strong experience with URL Filtering and SSL Inspection
Strong experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Strong experience with Cloud Security Controls
Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and Proxy Technologies
Good understanding of SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory, and Entra ID
Good understanding of SIEM platforms such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel
Good understanding of Security Incident and Problem Management Processes
Zscaler Certified Administrator (ZCCA) preferred
Zscaler Certified Professional (ZCCP) preferred
CISSP, CCSP, Security+, or equivalent cybersecurity certification preferred
