About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support business and customer decision making through financial analysis, commercial insight, and disciplined execution across the deal and delivery lifecycle
  • Analyze commercial and financial data to support pricing, margin, and profitability decisions across customer engagements
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for deals, renewals, and ongoing performance
  • Partner with sales, delivery, and finance stakeholders to ensure commercial terms are understood, governed, and executed as agreed
  • Monitor financial performance against plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions with clear financial impact
  • Support deal reviews by assessing financial risk, assumptions, and compliance with internal controls and policies
  • Prepare financial summaries and insights for stakeholders at key milestones
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of commercial finance processes, tools, and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in commercial finance, financial analysis, pricing, or a closely related finance role
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, margins, and cost drivers
  • Experience building and interpreting financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • Keen interest in learning and implementing automation and AI processes
  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, practical insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across sales, delivery, and finance
  • Proficiency with financial analysis and reporting tools, including advanced use of spreadsheets
  • Understanding of commercial controls, governance, and financial compliance principles
  • Minimum 5-8 years of people management, team-lead experience
  • Experience supporting customer facing deals or contracts in a services or technology environment
  • Familiarity with quote to cash, pricing governance, or deal approval processes
  • Experience with financial performance management or business case development
  • Exposure to global or multi country business environments
