About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, organize, and manage senior-level meetings and events from start to finish
- Schedule meetings and reserve meeting spaces
- Order catering and plan dinners
- Develop and manage agendas and provide meeting preparation
- Draft and edit communications on executives’ behalf
- Communicate with internal and external contacts
- Create comprehensive travel packages for clients’ business travel
- Proactively discuss and project meetings for executives, staff, and external contacts
- Track client organization action items and task and initiative status
- Manage executives’ schedules and prioritize time for high-impact areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good oral and written English language skills
- Excellent heavy calendar management skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Concur/Expense tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Events & Classes
- Knowledge of Co-Pilot
- Teamwork and peer interaction skills
- Ability to deal with executives and their teams
