About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end delivery and management of Application Management Services across finance platforms
- Oversee ERP and adjacent finance and procurement applications, including Coupa, OneStream, and other platforms
- Ensure service stability, delivery quality, governance, stakeholder alignment, SLA performance, risk management, and continuous improvement
- Oversee application and service support, development, enhancements, and ongoing operations
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, changes, releases, defects, and enhancements throughout their lifecycles
- Ensure solution design, testing, documentation, change control, production readiness, and operational support
- Drive service ownership, delivery discipline, ticket and service hygiene, timely issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and knowledge management
- Drive automation, shift-left, process optimisation, service improvement, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with business, product, technical, and service management stakeholders
- Communicate priorities, risks, dependencies, progress, and outcomes
- Lead cross-functional AMS teams and conduct service reviews with stakeholders and leadership
- Drive governance, audit readiness, controls, backlog quality, and delivery risk management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of finance and procurement business processes, application services, and service management
- Experience leading end-to-end operations across Digital Finance applications
- Experience ensuring service stability, SLA/KPI achievement, contractual compliance, and incident, problem, change, and release management
- Cross-platform leadership across ERP platforms such as Maconomy and SAP
- Experience with procurement tools such as Ariba and Coupa
- Experience with EPM applications such as OneStream
- Ability to translate business needs into delivery priorities
- Experience overseeing enhancements, testing, releases, and production readiness
- Experience leading cross-functional AMS teams
- Ability to manage stakeholder priorities, service reviews, risks, and escalations
- Experience driving governance across service performance, ticket quality, backlog, controls, audit readiness, application dependencies, and delivery risks
- Experience driving automation, shift-left, knowledge management, standardisation, and process optimisation
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and SaaS vendors
