About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and drive the people strategy for a defined global scope, aligned to business goals and operating priorities
- Partner with global leaders and leadership teams to design and deliver HR solutions supporting business performance and employee engagement
- Collaborate with country HR teams and HR centers of excellence to ensure consistent execution of global programs
- Provide expert guidance on complex HR matters using best practices across multiple countries
- Advise HR centers of excellence on global initiatives across talent, learning, diversity, strategic workforce planning, and total rewards
- Use workforce insights and trends to inform decisions and recommend practical actions
- Support leaders through change by clarifying impacts, required actions, and expected outcomes
- Ensure global HR practices are applied consistently while respecting local requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience as an HR Business Partner supporting global or multi country organizations
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to translate business strategy into people actions
- Experience across talent, learning, workforce planning, and rewards
- Ability to advise on complex employee and organizational issues with clear recommendations
- Experience collaborating with HR centers of excellence and country HR teams
- Capability to apply best practices consistently across different geographies
- Experience using workforce data or insights to inform decisions
- Preferred: experience supporting large scale global transformation or change initiatives
- Preferred: familiarity with employment practices across multiple countries or regions
- Preferred: experience operating in a matrixed, global organization
