About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the key technical link between Kyndryl and clients
- Unite and guide stakeholders across clients, governance, project executives, delivery teams, and vendors
- Understand project needs and determine the best technical solution
- Consult with clients, gather inputs, and define solutions Kyndryl can deliver
- Design infrastructure solutions
- Lead technology implementation
- Support major cloud platforms and engage subject matter experts when needed
- Deliver projects from start to finish on time and within budget
- Influence, create, and deliver solutions that delight clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid understanding of data center systems, storage, networking, security, applications, and databases
- Understanding of systems and solutions architecture
- Hands-on experience and learning with data center technologies, cloud software, and interoperability
- MS Project or other project management software experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred
- Ability to interact confidently with stakeholders of all levels preferred
