About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Microsoft Intune administration, configuration, and optimization across enterprise environments
- Manage the complete endpoint lifecycle, including device enrollment, application deployment, compliance policies, OS updates, and Windows endpoint administration
- Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and modernization initiatives
- Drive migration from traditional Group Policy (GPO) management to cloud-native solutions
- Partner with security, infrastructure, and cloud teams to improve endpoint security, governance compliance, audit readiness, and user experience
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting expertise
- Deliver automation-driven operational improvements
- Mentor team members and champion modern workplace transformation
- Potentially travel and pursue vertical or horizontal career paths
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune administration, support, troubleshooting, and enterprise endpoint management
- Proven experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience with Group Policy (GPO) administration and migration
- Experience managing large-scale Windows 10/11 endpoint ecosystems
- Knowledge of device compliance, configuration management, security baselines, Zero Trust principles, and modern workplace/endpoint management best practices
- Extensive experience with Windows Autopilot
- Experience with endpoint modernization initiatives
- Experience integrating Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Experience with hybrid identity/cloud integration scenarios
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and operational efficiency
- Working knowledge of CMDB, ITSM, and enterprise service management tools
- Customer-focused mindset and commitment to professional development
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102)
- Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
