About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical leadership for Enterprise, Data Center, and Security infrastructure
- Serve as the final escalation point for critical incidents and complex technical challenges
- Own Major Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Drive end-to-end resolution, root-cause analysis, and service restoration across global environments
- Review, approve, and lead complex network changes, migrations, data center projects, and technology refresh initiatives
- Drive network architecture improvements, performance optimization, capacity planning, automation, and operational governance
- Lead OEM/vendor technical discussions
- Mentor L1–L3 engineers
- Establish operational standards and review MOPs, HLDs, and LLDs
- Provide technical guidance to project and operations teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven knowledge and experience in troubleshooting, switching, and routing
- 10+ years of working experience in Networking
- Minimum CCNP certification or equivalent knowledge
- Experience with Network security and WAN
- Working knowledge of ITIL
- Preferred: Experience with BGP, SDN based on Cisco ACI, Check Point/Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, and NSX
- Preferred: Experience with Ansible automation
