About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Kyndryl's business in the Netherlands and contribute to high-impact legal work across Europe
Act as a trusted legal advisor across corporate, commercial, technology, and regulatory matters
Provide pragmatic, risk-based guidance that helps the business move forward
Own complex transactions, technology services contracts, and strategic initiatives
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial IT agreements with internal and external stakeholders
Report to the Benelux Head of Legal as an individual contributor within the European Legal team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified lawyer with a Dutch law degree, LL.M., or equivalent legal qualification
Typically 5+ years' post-qualification experience in corporate, commercial, and IT law
Strong track record in corporate and commercial law, ideally including complex, large-scale, or technology-related contracts
Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial IT agreements
Background in a leading law firm or as in-house counsel within an international organisation
Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
Holding, or eligible to obtain, a VGB security clearance is preferred
Ability to work with senior stakeholders and provide commercially minded legal guidance
