About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design and evolution of complex SD-WAN, enterprise campus network, high-density WLAN, and network security architectures
- Serve as the highest technical escalation point for critical and complex network incidents
- Establish enterprise network standards, guidelines, and SOPs
- Provide code reviews, technical enablement, and hands-on guidance to junior and mid-level engineers
- Drive Infrastructure as Code implementation
- Use LLMs to architect and develop network automation platforms, intelligent traffic steering systems, and network self-healing infrastructure
- Lead planning, deployment, and performance tuning of AI Data Center Networks using RoCEv2, InfiniBand, or NVLink architectures
- Shape enterprise standards and develop AI-driven network solutions in collaboration with architects and technical leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Network Engineering, or related fields
- Extensive experience in large-scale network architecture planning and O&M
- Technical capabilities equivalent to CCIE / HCIE certification in network engineering practice and architecture design
- Proven expertise and large-scale implementation track record in 1–2 key domains: Data Center Networks (DCN), WAN/SD-WAN, Enterprise Campus Networks, High-Density WLAN, or Network Security
- Proficient in English reading and writing for technical documentation and collaboration
- Willingness to travel for business
- Preferred: hands-on experience deploying, tuning, or operating InfiniBand, NVLink, or large-scale RoCEv2 lossless networks
- Preferred: proficiency with AI LLMs such as ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Qwen, or MiniMax
- Preferred: strong programming skills in Python, Ansible, or similar tools
- Preferred: fluent spoken English communication skills
