About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise integration platforms across cloud and on-premises environments
- Build reusable integration capabilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Automate deployments
- Integrate enterprise applications and middleware platforms
- Implement security controls
- Monitor platform health
- Troubleshoot production issues
- Drive platform reliability and standardization
- Recommend modernization options
- Identify new business opportunities
- Cultivate relationships with teams and stakeholders
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and architecture teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware, platform engineering, DevOps, or related technologies
- Hands-on experience with MuleSoft / Anypoint Platform, OpenText MFT, IBM ACE, IBM MQ, Solace, IBM DataPower, and/or SAP integration platforms
- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, messaging, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integration patterns
- Experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps
- Proficiency with Git, Linux, Python/Bash scripting, and automation
- Experience with SFTP, FTPS, AS2, PGP, TLS/SSL, mTLS, certificates, OAuth 2.0/OIDC, and API security
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong experience in production support, incident management, troubleshooting, monitoring, performance tuning, and root-cause analysis
- Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, security, and enterprise platform operations
- Ability to work with application, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and architecture teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, or Ansible
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments is preferred
- Preferred certifications: MuleSoft Certified Developer / Platform Architect; AWS / Azure / GCP; Kubernetes; IBM / Solace / SAP integration; Terraform
