About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget
  • Serve as the driving force and single point of contact for program and client success
  • Construct detailed project plans
  • Manage teams and lead meetings, status calls, planning, and cadence meetings
  • Analyze and mitigate risks
  • Manage project finances
  • Ensure the team has the right skills
  • Plan and delegate activities to meet deadlines and deliver on SLAs
  • Take ownership of value delivery and adapt plans as projects evolve
  • Communicate with clients, partners, stakeholders, technical teams, and account teams
  • Handle customer change requests diplomatically
  • Build client partnerships and relationships
  • Travel or embed with clients at their locations when required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with SCRUM methodology or Project Management practices
  • Basic knowledge of IT architecture and systems
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a “One Team” mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or Business Administration
  • MBA or postgraduate degree in project management
  • Availability to travel, if needed
  • Availability to work remotely at Rio de Janeiro-RJ
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) or proficiency in another relevant language, as required
  • Experience using MS Project or other Project Management tools/software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels
