About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with clients to understand business needs, challenges, and strategic objectives
- Conduct discovery sessions, stakeholder workshops, and requirements-gathering activities
- Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps
- Define and recommend ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and automation opportunities
- Lead solution design and architecture discussions aligned with enterprise standards
- Partner with development, testing, and delivery teams throughout implementation
- Provide thought leadership on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, HAM, SAM, SPM, CSM, AI, and automation capabilities
- Shape the vision, roadmap, and implementation strategy from project inception through delivery
- Bridge business and technical teams and explain ServiceNow value and capabilities
- Recommend modernization options, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate stakeholder relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10 to 12 years of ServiceNow experience as an architect
- ServiceNow CTA certification required
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects on the ServiceNow platform on time and on budget
- Proficiency in data model design, entity relationships, data flows, conceptual and logical data models, and data dictionaries
- Proficiency in data modelling, migration, integration, data privacy and security regulations, CSDM, SQL stored procedures and indexing, performance analytics, dashboard and report design
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, CSS, and Angular JS
- Experience with Flows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Widgets, and UI Pages
- Deep understanding of Integration Hub, SSO, Web Services, LDAP, and JDBC
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its functionalities
- Knowledge of ServiceNow performance tuning, troubleshooting bottlenecks, establishing RCA, and improving system performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to discuss processes with clients
- Ability to manage the direction of a distributed development team
- Project management and problem-solving expertise
- Business acumen and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
- 3+ years of AI/ML and Generative AI experience preferred
