About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own Power Platform tenant-to-tenant migration patterns for the aligned region and act as escalation authority
- Define and maintain runbooks for app and flow migration preparation, execution, validation, and remediation
- Guide environment strategy, governance, DLP considerations, and dependency mapping for wave planning
- Troubleshoot complex defects involving connection references, permissions, ownership transitions, connector behavior, and environment settings
- Coordinate with Entra Apps and Identity specialists on authentication, service principal dependencies, and consent blockers
- Provide wave risk assessments for business-critical apps and flows and define mitigation and rollback patterns
- Ensure evidence capture and sign-off artifacts are produced for migrated assets
- Maintain a known-fixes catalog and drive root-cause elimination
- Support cutovers and hypercare for Power Platform-critical business functions
- Provide reporting inputs on defect categories, remediation throughput, and quality trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 7 years experience required
- Production tenant-to-tenant Power Platform migration execution experience within the relevant specialism
- Strong working knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate, including solutions and connection references
- Hands-on experience performing export/import and reconfiguration steps
- Confidence with admin tooling and repeatable execution
- Strong runbook discipline and evidence capture suitable for audit and governance expectations
- Ability to work in a three-shift 24x7 Factory model with mandatory handovers
- Schedule flexibility during peak cutover windows
- Consistent, process-driven execution with high attention to detail
- Proactive identification of identity, connector, and permission dependencies
- Clear technical documentation and communication in tickets and handovers
- Collaborative cross-shift working practices
- Ability to adapt as runbooks evolve
- Client-professional mindset and secure handling of access and sensitive operational data
- Dataverse familiarity
- Microsoft certifications such as PL-200 or PL-400, or equivalent
- Experience with Power Platform ALM practices, including pipelines, source control, and environment strategies
- Experience supporting cutovers or hypercare for large user populations
