Requirements

What you’ll need

10–15+ years of ERP experience, with 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud focused on Acquire-to-Retire / Fixed Assets
Lead functional workshops for Acquire-to-Retire processes in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
Analyze capital asset lifecycle processes and design future-state ATR solutions
Configure Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets, Subledger Accounting, General Ledger, and integrations with Accounts Payable and Purchasing
Design and configure asset books, asset categories, depreciation methods, proration conventions, calendar controls, and transaction accounting
Develop BPD documents, Configuration Workbooks, FDS, and end-to-end ATR documentation
Configure and support Mass Additions, capital versus expense controls, capitalization thresholds, CIP, and asset lifecycle governance
Validate ATR integration touchpoints with P2P, R2R, PPM, and feeder systems
Define and test interfaces using OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs
Configure and validate SLA accounting rules
Support fixed-asset data migration, reconciliation, and audit validation
Create and execute SIT, UAT, regression, and period-close testing
Perform FA-to-GL reconciliations, depreciation tie-outs, and accounting validations
Provide functional support for cutover, depreciation runs, period close, deployment, and hypercare
Validate OTBI, BI Publisher, FA registers, depreciation reports, and asset reconciliation reports
Bachelor’s degree is listed as preferred in accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
Strong understanding of capital accounting, asset lifecycle management, depreciation accounting, and FA-to-GL integration
Hands-on Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets configuration experience
Experience with multibook asset structures and statutory compliance
Strong knowledge of subledger-to-general-ledger accounting, reconciliation, and audit controls
Experience with fixed-asset data migration using FBDI
Experience with OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Familiarity with multi-currency, multi-ledger, and multi-region environments
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting large-scale or global Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations
Experience managing quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
Knowledge of statutory and tax depreciation requirements, including IFRS and GAAP
Preferred Oracle Cloud Financials Certification in Fixed Assets / GL
