Requirements

What you’ll need

10–15+ years of ERP experience
7+ years in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud focused on GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA, and related R2R processes
Experience leading functional workshops for Record-to-Report processes across GL, SLA, FA, CM, Intercompany, and Financial Close
Experience analyzing financial processes and designing R2R flows aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud best practices
Experience configuring Oracle Fusion modules for GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA rules, and accounting transformations
Experience developing Business Process Design documents, Configuration Workbooks, Functional Design Specifications, and end-to-end process documentation
Experience with chart of accounts design, financial calendar setup, ledger configuration, and reporting hierarchy definition
Experience validating integrations with Procurement, Order-to-Cash, Projects, FAH, and EPM
Experience with OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP APIs, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Experience supporting financial data migration, including COA mapping, opening balances, asset conversion, bank configuration, and reconciliation
Experience creating and executing SIT, UAT, regression testing, and period-close simulations
Experience validating accounting accuracy across subledgers, SLA rules, FAH transformation rules, and GL postings
Experience supporting cutover, period close readiness, deployment, and hypercare activities
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline (preferred)
Strong understanding of subledger-to-ledger accounting, SLA rules, financial reporting, and multi-currency, multi-ledger environments
Experience with FAH and FCCS/EPBCS
Experience supporting multi-region deployments and quarterly Oracle Cloud updates
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Oracle Cloud Financials (GL/FA/CM) Certification
