Key responsibilities & impact

Develop solutions in domains such as Security, Systems, Databases, and Networking Solutions
Lead functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for Fleet Procurement and Fleet Accounting
Configure and support FCCS and EPBCS for consolidation, planning, forecasting, and management reporting
Partner with Fleet Accounting, Finance, and FP&A teams to define planning and consolidation models aligned with Oracle Fusion Financials
Design and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud
Define metadata structures, mappings, hierarchies, cost centers, intercompany, and fleet-specific reporting attributes
Support fleet cost allocation, capitalization tracking, depreciation analysis, and financial performance reporting
Lead data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis between ERP and EPM
Support data migration, initial loads, incremental refreshes, SIT, UAT, parallel close, cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare
Develop and validate EPM reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and management reporting artifacts
Support budget, forecast, and scenario modeling for fleet procurement, utilization, and lifecycle costs
Collaborate with PMO, solution architects, software engineers, product managers, partner teams, and business stakeholders
Estimate effort, identify risks, manage dependencies, and communicate technical considerations
Drive technical debt and security vulnerability remediation
Mentor and coach engineers on software development best practices
Guide teams in designing secure, scalable, highly available distributed systems
Promote engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, innovation, and product success

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of overall experience in financial systems
7+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience
Experience leading functional design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions for Fleet Procurement and Fleet Accounting
Experience configuring and supporting FCCS and EPBCS
Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials, including GL, FAH, AP, and AR
Experience designing integration flows between Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud
Experience defining metadata structures, dimensions, hierarchies, account mappings, cost centers, intercompany, and fleet-specific reporting attributes
Experience with fleet cost allocation models, capitalization tracking, depreciation analysis, and financial performance reporting
Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and variance analysis
Experience supporting initial loads, incremental data refreshes, and reconciliation processes
Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and parallel close activities
Experience developing EPM reports, dashboards, Smart View templates, and management reporting artifacts
Experience supporting budget, forecast, and scenario modeling
Experience with cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
Strong functional expertise in FCCS and EPBCS
Solid understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials
Experience designing EPM solutions for large-scale ERP transformation programs with multi-region deployments
Strong knowledge of financial close, consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and management reporting
Hands-on experience with Smart View, EPM reporting, and data reconciliation techniques
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Oracle FCCS Implementation Certification, Oracle EPBCS Implementation Certification, and Oracle EPM Cloud Data Management Certification
