About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and govern Workday solution architecture
- Assess business requirements and design scalable solutions
- Lead complex enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives
- Provide architectural guidance for the Workday ecosystem and interfaces
- Review and approve configuration and design changes
- Support incident escalations and critical production issues
- Drive application performance, security, and stability improvements
- Ensure compliance with architecture standards and best practices
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and vendors
- Mentor functional and technical consultants
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in Workday architecture and solution design
- Expertise across multiple Workday modules
- Experience with Workday integrations, security, reporting, and extensibility
- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture
- Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms
- Knowledge of AMS delivery, ITIL processes, and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred
