About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver campaigns day to day, taking ownership of campaign execution
- Cast, negotiate with, and contract creators
- Keep clients updated on campaign progress and performance
- Monitor CPV or CPM, reach, and engagement, shifting budget or creators mid-campaign to stay on target
- Negotiate creator rates within budget
- Scope and cost additions such as links in bio or reposts with clients
- Build culturally relevant creator casting lists and translate briefs into search filters
- Create creator briefs and scripts
- Review all content to a high standard before client delivery
- Run full campaigns in Kyra's platform, including discovery, casting, outreach, contracts, payments, and reporting
- Use AI for research, outreach, and briefs while checking its output
- Provide clear performance updates and flag risks with proposed fixes
- Give the Campaign Manager direction and feedback
- Build relationships with Client Solutions, Strategy teams, clients, and creators
- Participate in a casting challenge and conversations with the talent team and campaign lead during the hiring process
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign management
- Solid grasp of how influencer campaigns run end to end
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach, and reporting
- Creator negotiation and contracting experience, including usage rights
- Some client-facing experience, ideally with enterprise brands
- Campaign experience and strong US cultural knowledge in AI and tech, fintech, sports, or beauty
- Availability 9am to 6pm Eastern Time (ET), Monday to Friday; mandatory wherever you're based
- Experience with complex, bespoke accounts and agile, fast-moving teams
- Clear and confident writing
- Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube analytics
- Experience using AI for research, outreach, and briefs, with ability to check its output
- Strong creator casting, briefing, scripting, content review, negotiation, and contracting abilities
- Must submit a CV, day rate, and preferred vertical when applying
