About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor the quality and reliability of financial information
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly reporting within the required deadlines
  • Explain variances between budget and actual results
  • Calculate and monitor revenue generated by the workshop business
  • Review monthly expenses with the teams
  • Calculate and monitor capitalized production
  • Prepare analyses and recommendations to support managers and business unit leaders in decision-making
  • Suggest improvements and automation opportunities to save time and enhance reliability
  • Work within the Finance Department, reporting to the CFO and alongside the Management Controller

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree
  • Six months of experience through an internship or gap-year placement
  • Ideally, an initial internship or work-study experience in finance
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Interest in AI and BI tools
  • Skills in financial analysis, accounting, and budget management (preparation, monitoring, and revisions)
