About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute manual test scenarios to validate the quality of web, mobile, and other applications
Prepare user documentation for employees
Identify, track, and report bugs to the development team
Work closely with development teams to understand the products’ technical and functional specifications
Perform regression testing across various applications
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and deliverable quality
Serve as the first point of contact for other business units to resolve Level 1 support issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2 or equivalent)
Ideally, you have some initial experience—including internships—in a similar role
Curious and attentive
Strong observation and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
