About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute manual test scenarios to validate the quality of web, mobile, and other applications
Write user documentation for employees
Identify, track, and report bugs to the development team
Collaborate with development teams to understand the products’ technical and functional specifications
Perform regression testing across the various applications
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and deliverable quality
Serve as the first point of contact for other business units (BUs) to resolve Level 1 issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two-year post-secondary degree (Bac+2 equivalent)
Ideally, you have initial experience—including an internship—in a similar role
Curious and attentive
Strong observation and analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Available to start immediately
