About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic and operational HR support for a region comprising 15 restaurants in and around Munich

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Initial experience in HR, ideally in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Experience working with managers and supporting employees
  • Strong advisory skills, empathy, and clear communication
  • Confident handling of employment law matters
  • Solution-oriented and proactive approach to work
  • Composure in stressful situations
  • Experience with various HR systems
  • Willingness to provide on-site advice and work independently from a home office
