About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Northeast Division
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics
  • Help streamline sales operations, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance Customer Relationship Management utilization
  • Create dashboards and visualizations for data-driven decision-making by Commercial leadership
  • Support sales strategy planning and gain exposure to territory alignment and incentive modeling
  • Participate in sales visits with the Commercial Sales team for customer engagement and sales activities
  • Collaborate with Commercial Sales and cross-functional partners in the healthcare diagnostics environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Working towards a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly communicate findings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to analyze information and support data-driven business decisions
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while participating in in-person sales activities as needed
  • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
