About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead portfolio strategy, vision, and multi-year priorities for Labcorp’s Women’s Health and Reproductive Genetics segment
  • Integrate product management and portfolio marketing strategies into a unified growth plan
  • Lead internal and external portfolio relationships across R&D, Operations, Market Access, Legal, Regulatory, Finance, Sales, and Communications
  • Establish governance for financial targets, lifecycle decisions, investment allocation, and roadmap prioritization
  • Set portfolio marketing vision, positioning, messaging, narrative frameworks, and value propositions
  • Lead thought-leadership strategy, research commissioning, clinical insight reports, and KOL strategies
  • Direct integrated campaigns, content strategy, sales enablement, and go-to-market activation
  • Oversee product development and end-to-end product lifecycle strategy from concept to production
  • Provide oversight for launch readiness, pricing, positioning, and execution of new product introductions and acquisitions
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability through margin improvement, acquisitions, partnerships, or new products and services
  • Oversee portfolio insights and competitive intelligence
  • Establish dashboards and KPIs for portfolio health, marketing effectiveness, product performance, customer feedback, and commercial outcomes
  • Present strategic findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Partner with Sales leadership on commercial priorities, revenue acceleration, and field enablement
  • Approve sales enablement messaging, tools, competitive materials, and training priorities
  • Own budget management and resource allocation
  • Set revenue goals and financial targets and monitor performance and ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Product Management and Solutions Marketing talent
  • Oversee team design, talent strategy, capacity planning, and succession planning
  • Use AI to accelerate workflow, synthesize evidence, improve information flow, standardize artifacts, and support recurring team workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 12 or more years’ experience in Marketing, Product or Strategy healthcare leadership roles
  • 10 or more years’ experience in Women’s Health
  • Experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences
  • Finance, forecasting, and pricing experience
  • Proven leadership of large cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives
  • Experience with diagnostics commercialization and regulatory pathways
  • Experience with market access/payor policies for diagnostics
  • Experience applying AI to accelerate portfolio and marketing leadership workflows
  • Comfort configuring, prompting, and maintaining purpose-built AI agents or assistants
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI-synthesized intelligence for strategic and investment decisions
  • Experience using AI to standardize artifacts, terminology, and handoffs across marketing disciplines
  • Some travel required, up to 20% of time per month
  • Preferred: advanced degree (MS, MPH, MBA, or PhD)
  • Preferred: 5 or more years’ experience in a healthcare matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
