About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Atlantic Division
- Support inside and external sales activities
- Support data cleanup and data management projects within Salesforce
- Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics on strategic sales initiatives
- Help streamline sales processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM utilization
- Assist with dashboards and visualizations for Commercial leadership decision-making
- Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling
- Support additional sales operations projects and initiatives as needed
- Participate in hands-on project work and enterprise-wide learning experiences
- Collaborate with peers, senior leaders, mentors, and employee resource groups
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Power BI and AI tools or applications
- Comfortable working with data and supporting data-driven projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Willingness to travel as needed
- This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors graduating December 2027 through June 2029, although all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
