About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the Atlantic Division
  • Support inside and external sales activities
  • Support data cleanup and data management projects within Salesforce
  • Support development and execution of strategic sales initiatives with Marketing, Finance, and Analytics
  • Help streamline processes, improve reporting accuracy, and enhance CRM utilization
  • Assist with creation of dashboards and visualizations for Commercial leadership decision-making
  • Gain exposure to sales strategy planning, territory alignment, and incentive modeling
  • Support additional sales operations projects and initiatives as needed
  • Collaborate across functions and support projects improving sales processes and business decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
  • Working towards a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Power BI and AI tools or applications
  • Comfortable working with data and supporting data-driven projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, commercial strategy, or sales operations is a plus
  • Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future
