About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Sales Trainers, Marketing, content managers, and subject matter experts to develop digital training materials for the Sales organization
Create and produce eLearning content, including online courses, presentations, webinars, assessments, podcasts, videos, animations, and other digital learning assets
Support development of knowledge-based training materials to enhance sales-force skills and capabilities
Review, update, and refresh existing training content to improve engagement, accessibility, and learning effectiveness
Transform technical or complex information into clear, visually engaging, easy-to-understand learning materials
Curate existing marketing and training resources and adapt content for digital learning platforms
Apply instructional design principles to create learning activities that improve knowledge retention and proficiency
Support use of existing and emerging learning platforms, tools, and technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
Working towards a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong interest in eLearning development, digital content creation, and instructional design
Experience creating digital content, including graphics, animations, presentations, or videos
Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear, engaging text and visuals
Strong visual design skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with graphic design, image editing, page layout, and multimedia production
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and familiarity with Adobe creative tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Rising juniors and seniors are preferred
Experience with Articulate 360, Brainshark, Adobe Creative Suite, or Vyond is preferred
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices is a plus
