About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across the organization
- Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Support preparation of management reporting and financial analyses used to inform business decisions
- Analyze financial and business information to identify trends and provide insights
- Partner with finance professionals and business leaders on financial planning and analysis activities
- Support process improvement initiatives that enhance financial reporting, planning, and analysis
- Contribute to projects supporting strategic decision-making across the organization
- Work alongside finance and business leaders and gain exposure to multiple areas of the organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program
- Working towards a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related business discipline
- Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with team members as needed
- Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (December 2027 through June 2029 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply
