About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as regional liaison between the Global Study Manager, LCLS departments, and client representatives.
- Collaborate with the Global Study Manager on study-related aspects throughout all study stages, from set-up to closure.
- Review study Statements of Work for local feasibility and recommend appropriate actions.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of Statement of Work specifications and their operational impact on clinical trials.
- Manage day-to-day local study activities, including logistics, monitoring, and study supplies.
- Monitor, track, and resolve local study issues while keeping the Global Study Manager informed.
- Implement monitoring, establish local performance metrics, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Support tasks assigned under the Global Monitoring Plan.
- Work effectively in a matrix environment, completing or delegating tasks across functional groups.
- Participate in functional meetings and provide input while keeping processes current.
- Comply with the LCLS Global Project Management strategy.
- Support continuous improvement, quality, and productivity.
- Interact internally regularly and occasionally with external clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals.
- 3 months or more experience using computer and office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, MS-Access and Outlook).
- 2 or more years of customer service experience in pharmaceutical industry. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in English. (Preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize.
- Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.
