About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate market insight research into actionable provider personas
- Develop audience-specific value propositions and messaging
- Plan and execute annual customer audience growth strategies
- Develop targeted go-to-market campaigns, growth plays, and lifecycle programs
- Create creative and channel briefs and review them with channel partners
- Operationalize integrated go-to-market activation across web, email, paid, organic, and field channels
- Ensure consistent execution across paid, earned, and owned channels
- Develop research-driven content including articles, blogs, clinical briefs, reports, toolkits, emails, videos, and presentations
- Use AI to adapt and personalize content for different channels, audiences, and provider journey stages
- Manage content calendars, workflows, production timelines, MLR review, and final asset delivery
- Monitor market and competitor activity, messaging trends, clinical content, and new launches
- Package trends and insights into actionable updates for leaders and executive cross-functional partners
- Track performance and translate data into optimization plans
- Build reporting dashboards and narrative summaries
- Use A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and journey metrics to optimize conversion, engagement, and funnel progression
- Partner with analytics teams on tagging, measurement, and attribution
- Manage audience-specific marketing calendars and tactic sequencing
- Lead day-to-day project management across multiple workstreams
- Coordinate inputs across Insights, Brand, Channel, Product Management, Portfolio Marketing, Medical/MLR, and Sales
- Manage external agencies, vendors, freelancers, and creative partners
- Improve workflows, communication, and execution processes
- Execute provider-focused engagement and acquisition programs that drive measurable growth, provider acquisition, lifecycle engagement, scientific leadership, and adoption of priority tests and solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 or more years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, or provider-focused commercial roles within healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory services, or other B2B clinical environments
- Knowledge of provider segments, including Primary Care, Health Systems, FQHCs, Independents, and Pediatrics
- Experience developing personas, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for clinical or provider audiences
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills
- Ability to collaborate in a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience with digital marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing
- Ability to adapt quickly, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-moving, highly collaborative environment
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot
- Experience with Salesforce, HCP media platforms, and web personalization
- Must reside in the Boston, MA; Madison, WI; San Diego, CA; or Durham/Burlington, NC areas, near a Labcorp hub
- Applicants within 35 miles of Burlington or Durham, NC must work a hybrid schedule with at least three in-office days per week
