About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead software development projects from conception through deployment and support
- Own project design, architecture, implementation, and monitoring
- Conduct code reviews and ensure quality standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional, product, platform, and stakeholder teams
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and troubleshoot complex issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 or more years of software development experience
- Expertise in Python or a high-level, interpreted, object-oriented programming language
- Strong foundation in software design principles
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality maintainable code
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Deep understanding of the language, tools, libraries, and systems used by the team
- Preferred: 1 or more years of experience building agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems
- Preferred: 1 or more years of experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, cache systems, message queuing systems, workflow orchestrators, and storage options
- Preferred: 3 or more years of experience building scalable systems using AWS or Azure
- Preferred: 3 or more years of experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment
- Preferred: 1 or more years of experience with microservices
- Preferred: 3 or more years of experience with Agile development methodologies and practices
- Preferred: 3 or more years of experience designing maintainable, debuggable, and observable systems and APIs
