  • Influence testing pathways and adoption strategies in complex healthcare organizations
  • Represent Labcorp's reproductive genetics, women's health, rare disease, oncology diagnostics, hereditary cancer, molecular diagnostics, genomic profiling, liquid biopsy, ctDNA, MRD, biomarker, NGS-based testing, pathology, hematopathology, cytogenetics, and virtual pathology solutions
  • Translate clinical, genomic, and scientific evidence into business-focused recommendations
  • Coordinate sales, international accounts, pathology, medical affairs, market access, operations, and executive leadership resources
  • Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and emerging testing opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, customer support, compliance, legal, logistics, and contracts teams
  • Attend local and regional professional trade shows and events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5 or more years of medical outside sales experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 3 or more years of international sales experience in Genetics, Women’s Health, Oncology, or Rare Disease (preferred)
  • Fluency in spoken and written Portuguese (preferred)
  • Proven success managing a book of business, including quota attainment, revenue growth, or new account acquisition
  • Demonstrated recent sales success and accomplishments
  • Valid passport and driver's license with clean driving record
  • Ability to travel internationally, including overnights, approximately 40%
  • Experience in international markets, logistics, and regulatory
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder healthcare sales cycles
  • Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and matrixed teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of oncology care pathways, biomarker-driven testing, precision medicine, companion diagnostics, NCCN-guided testing strategies, and EHR/EMR connectivity
  • Productive relationship-building with oncologists, pathologists, cancer center leaders, genetics programs, and healthcare stakeholders
  • Consultative selling, influence, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning
