Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10 years of relevant accounting experience.
Previous experience as a Head of Accounting, Accounting Manager, Lead Accountant, Financial Controller, or sole accountant responsible for a company's accounting operations.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
Hands-on experience managing accounting operations independently.
Experience overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Experience managing financial records across multiple business entities.
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to take full ownership of accounting operations and work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proactive mindset with a focus on financial accuracy, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Strong background in e-commerce accounting, particularly businesses with complex financial operations.
Experience managing accounting for Amazon-based businesses.
Experience serving as the accounting lead for a private-label brand generating most of its revenue through Amazon, TikTok Shop, Meta, or similar e-commerce channels.
Experience collaborating with software engineers or technical teams to develop financial systems.
Familiarity with financial automation and cash flow forecasting tools.
Experience improving financial reporting processes and accounting workflows.
