Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Substantial experience within education
  • Strong understanding of early years legislation and educational policy
  • Proven record of delivering strategic change
  • Experience of partnership working, service improvement and delivering change across complex education systems
  • Confidence working with elected members, senior officers and external partners
  • Ability to use evidence, insight and professional expertise to influence decisions and secure positive outcomes
  • Successful applicant required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure
  • Not open to international sponsorship
