About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategy, design, renewal, evaluation, financial management, governance and continuous improvement of North America Health & Welfare programs
- Lead Global Mobility and Relocation programs supporting short-term and long-term international assignments and permanent international relocations
- Manage vendor and consultant relationships, service expectations, performance measures, fees, outcomes, escalated issues, sourcing and contract decisions
- Lead cross-functional benefits initiatives, project and change management, and team capability and continuity
- Lead annual enrollment readiness and change implementation, including project plans, requirements, testing, communications, enablement and post-implementation review
- Prepare recommendations and presentations for Total Rewards leadership, senior leaders and employee benefit committees
- Develop and review financial models, forecasts, rate recommendations and annual planning materials
- Partner with HR HUB and HRIS teams on plan administration, eligibility, enrollment, interfaces, controls, audits and escalations
- Ensure program and practice compliance with federal and state requirements and plan documents
- Manage international mobility matters involving physical relocation, immigration and tax
- Advise HR and management on mobility policies and practices aligned with global policy standards
- Partner with relocation, immigration, tax, billing and reporting vendors
- Support Compensation programs and projects, including job evaluation, market pricing, salary recommendations, annual compensation cycles, data validation, analytics and documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with administration of compensation and/or benefits programs
- 7+ years HR Information System (HRIS) related experience
- 2+ years of recent experience supporting projects related to Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Workday benefit plan configuration and reporting strongly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing other employees
- Technologically adept and able to work with multiple Microsoft applications
- Experience with HRIS and compensation/benefit databases
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLookUp, Concatenation and other functions
- High work capacity, results-oriented drive and strong sense of urgency
- Some travel may be required
- Ability to perform the stated physical duties, including prolonged sitting and use of office equipment
