About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the people agenda across HR centers of excellence
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition team to attract and recruit talent
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Coordinate and monitor performance review cycles
  • Partner with leaders on performance and engagement issues
  • Analyze talent planning and performance management trends
  • Develop strategies to address capability and succession gaps
  • Act as first-line support for employee relations issues and escalate complex matters
  • Build company culture and employee engagement
  • Manage HR operations staff and ensure accurate, timely payroll preparation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and documentation requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and assist with audits
  • Design, develop, launch, and sustain HR programs, policies, practices, and processes
  • Provide strategic direction and counsel to employees and business leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • At least 2 years as a manager directly leading a team, ideally a recruitment or HR team
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, plus at least one other HR discipline: employee relations, learning & development, organizational development, HR business partnering or HR operations
  • Experience across 3 or more HR disciplines is highly beneficial
  • Experience in a fast-growing or startup company is preferred, though not strictly required
  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment with rapidly shifting priorities and growth goals
  • Hands-on leadership, strategic direction, and sound counsel
  • Ability to design and launch HR programs, policies, and processes
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication and influencing skills
  • High integrity and experience handling sensitive and confidential situations
  • Analytical ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
