About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end UKG Pro implementation from design through go-live and stabilization
- Own the HR transformation project plan
- Drive the HRIS vendor relationship
- Configure HR systems
- Build HR dashboards and analytics capabilities
- Optimize HR processes and enable AI and workflow automation
- Lead HR Operations across onboarding, offboarding, employee data, and frontline HR support
- Run the HR Operations function supporting 200+ clinics
- Provide analytics and reporting for HR and executive audiences
- Lead the HR Operations team and execute transformation details hands-on
- Report to the VP of Human Resources
- Help build an HR function ready to support the company's next 100 clinics
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive HRIS and HR operations experience
- At least 3 years in a leadership role
- At least one full-cycle UKG Pro implementation delivered in a lead role, from design through go-live and stabilization
- Proven process optimization, automation, and transformation experience in a scaling, multi-state environment
- Experience evaluating and deploying AI and workflow automation tools in an HR or shared services context
- Strong analytical skills, including building dashboards and translating data into clear narratives for executive audiences
- Experience migrating from ADP or a comparable HRIS strongly preferred
- Multi-state, high-volume hourly workforce experience preferred
- Healthcare, aesthetics, retail, or hospitality environment experience is a plus
