About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as Latent's 340B subject matter expert with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Engage in priority 340B opportunities with 340B directors, pharmacy leaders, and finance stakeholders
- Build and roll out 340B enablement materials, including training, decks, one-pagers, calculators, and other tools
- Enable Sales and Partnerships teams to conduct 340B conversations independently
- Identify, negotiate, and launch partnerships with TPAs, wholesalers, and other ecosystem players with the SVP 340B
- Develop relationships with 340B leaders at partner health systems
- Track HRSA guidance, manufacturer restrictions, state legislation, and other 340B regulatory and policy changes
- Translate regulatory changes into customer and commercial implications
- Bring market feedback to Product and help position new capabilities
- Measure the impact of 340B expertise on deal velocity, win rate, and expansion
- Represent Latent as a 340B expert at conferences, industry groups, and through published perspectives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years at a 340B or pharmacy vendor, in 340B program management at a health system or pharmaceutical manufacturer, or in 340B-focused healthcare consulting
- Deep, operational command of 340B, including day-to-day program operations and the regulatory and legal landscape
- Experience presenting to or negotiating with health system executives, including CFO, CPO, 340B Director, and VP Pharmacy
- Experience identifying, developing, and managing partnerships with technology vendors such as TPAs and wholesalers from negotiation through launch
- Track record of commercial outcomes such as deals closed or accelerated, partnerships launched, or revenue impact
- Ability to uncover health system 340B challenges, quantify business impact, and build an ROI case for a CFO
- Experience structuring and negotiating multi-stakeholder agreements
- Ability to turn customer and market feedback into actionable product input
- Comfortable operating without a playbook and building needed processes
- Willingness to travel 30–40% for customer meetings, partner work, and industry events
- Early-stage or high-growth startup experience preferred
- Prior health system pharmacy operations experience at director level or above with demonstrated commercial impact preferred
- Existing relationships with 340B directors or pharmacy executives at major U.S. health systems preferred
- Formal 340B leadership or advocacy role preferred
- Experience selling or partnering around pharmacy workflow, revenue cycle, or financial transformation preferred
