About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and refine Later’s point of view on creator talent across categories, platforms, and cultural trends
- Identify emerging and high-impact creators aligned to client objectives and brand positioning
- Monitor industry shifts, pricing trends, platform dynamics, monetization models, and compliance regulations
- Source and secure creator talent for campaigns
- Act as a creator procurement expert within account pods
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, agents, and managers
- Lead sourcing, negotiations, and contracting across talent tiers
- Improve workflows and processes for scalable talent sourcing and trend identification
- Organize recurring touch bases with talent representatives
- Partner with Services, Product, Strategy, Research, Creator, and Client Services teams
- Contribute informed talent recommendations to client conversations
- Advise internal teams on creator talent best practices
- Strengthen Later’s reputation within the talent ecosystem
- Benchmark industry best practices and experiment with systems, processes, and partnership models
- Drive campaign success, client retention, and revenue growth through high-impact talent partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent management, with a proven track record of building and scaling high-impact creator programs; agency background preferred
- Demonstrated success in sourcing, negotiating, and managing influencer relationships across all tiers of influencers and partnership models
- Experience casting talent for brands in highly regulated industries
- Strong network of creator, agent, and manager relationships across key verticals and platforms
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with experience managing scalable systems that improve efficiency and outcomes
- Deep understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and cultural trends
- Experience implementing AI and workflows to increase operational efficiencies
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with cross-departmental teams
- Strong understanding of FTC guidelines, brand safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset, operational excellence, solutions orientation, and ability to scale complex systems in a fast-paced environment
- Clear communication, strong judgment, attention to detail, and experience representing an organization externally
