About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Revenue Operations leadership in all aspects of the revenue process
  • Process Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate
  • Apply Billed On Account balances as requested
  • Process time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards as required
  • Liaise with Coordinator – Revenue Operations to ensure all invoices are generated and queries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Manage shared mailbox to ensure all queries and requests are addressed in a punctual manner
  • Assist with data input into financial systems
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Ability to manage own workload and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Strong technology skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior work experience in a professional services environment, preferably
  • Experience using financial systems, preferably
