About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support all phases of recruiting efforts, including coordinating candidate interviews and correspondence, performing GPA calculations, and maintaining candidate records
- Develop and maintain relationships with target law schools, career services, student organizations, vendors, and recruitment professionals
- Serve as the firm’s liaison and assist with recruiting and external functions
- Plan and execute logistics for the summer program and entry-level hiring, including orientation, programming, events, and offer letters
- Develop and monitor budgets and expenses for outreach and recruiting efforts
- Collaborate with team members and committees to identify and implement marketing and promotional strategies
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee
- Assist in managing long-term hiring goals, preparing recruitment statistics and reports, and developing presentations
- Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in legal recruitment or professional services
- Well-developed written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical skills with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail for quality assurance
- Organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and interview platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a team with a customer-service focus
