About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support all aspects of graduate and trainee recruitment in London, from attraction and campus engagement through assessment, hiring, onboarding, and program delivery
  • Provide operational support to recruiting leadership and committees
  • Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes and the overall candidate experience
  • Maintain recruiting systems and data quality
  • Develop materials and presentations
  • Monitor budgets and activity effectiveness
  • Prepare relevant statistics and reports
  • Coordinate selection, assessment, and program logistics, including scheduling, candidate communications, participants, supervisors, mentors, presenters, orientation, and events
  • Plan and support regional recruiting programs, including vacation schemes, open days, first-year programs, campus ambassador programs, work-experience initiatives, and assessment centers
  • Coordinate law fairs and other external recruiting activities
  • Maintain relationships with campus societies, vendors, and other recruiting partners
  • Represent the firm at events as appropriate
  • Lead the Campus Ambassador Program

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in legal recruitment or professional services
  • Well-developed written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
  • Strong analytical skills with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail for quality assurance
  • Organisational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and interview platforms
  • Ability to work well in a team with a customer-service focus
