About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate recruiting efforts supporting the US summer program, pre-law internship program, and external partnerships
  • Develop foundational management skills by mentoring junior team members
  • Build and nurture relationships with firm attorneys, recruiting teams, administrative departments, and industry professionals
  • Represent the firm at recruiting events and external functions
  • Support compliance efforts by staying informed about federal and state legislation and best practices
  • Assist with development and monitoring of budgets for recruiting initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members and committees to drive innovative strategies
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Committee by preparing recruitment statistics, reports, and presentations
  • Oversee the work of coordinators and assistants, provide constructive feedback, and support team staffing needs during peak periods
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in legal recruitment or professional services
  • A minimum of five (5) years of cumulative experience
  • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Advanced organizational skills to manage time, prioritize tasks, handle multiple deadlines, and analyze complex problems independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office, applicant tracking systems, and other necessary software
  • Ability to supervise teams to ensure compliance and accuracy
