About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support summer associates and first-through fourth-year attorneys with administrative responsibilities
- Perform daily time entry and expense reimbursement
- Manage calendaring and scheduling
- Manage and edit documents
- Arrange travel
- Use a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow)
- Learn internal systems and processes to develop innovative solutions to problems and requests
- Preserve and protect confidential, privileged, financial, proprietary, and protected information

Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
- Professional communication skills to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
- Ability to multitask and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
- Ability to learn internal systems and processes
- Ability to preserve confidential, privileged, financial, proprietary, and protected information
