About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage all aspects of Litigation matters
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary liaison with case team members
  • Own the service delivery relationship
  • Provide project coordination across multiple teams while ensuring an excellent client experience
  • Collaborate with eDiscovery Solutions Attorneys to develop and implement best practices for handling clients’ electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Understand client needs and expectations and ensure requirements are documented, communicated, and incorporated into project plans
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines for eDiscovery projects
  • Oversee project budgets and financial considerations, keeping projects within budget
  • Communicate with stakeholders when scope or issues could impact client costs
  • Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced operational skills and expertise with legal processes and electronic discovery best practices
  • Ability to advise case teams on eDiscovery
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems architecture, including server systems, email systems, database systems, telecommunications systems, mobile devices, social media, and cloud storage and implications for eDiscovery
  • Expert level knowledge of forensics collection methodologies, ESI processing, and document review technologies
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent; six (6) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • A certification in project management or eDiscovery practices (e.g. PMP and/or CEDS), preferably
  • Minimum of six (6) years of experience in electronic discovery consulting, project management, and litigation support, including data processing and document review platforms
  • Prior experience handling second requests, preferably
