About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the senior design director, brand visual system lead, and head of the team of designers
- Oversee execution of creative projects and campaigns from concept to completion
- Ensure projects meet deadlines, budget, and creative brief specifications
- Act as a hands-on designer and actively participate in the design process
- Produce high-quality creative assets that set the standard for the team
- Refine and implement the creative strategy for the brand
- Ensure consistency and excellence across all visual outputs
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, video production, business development, and internal communications teams
- Develop and implement strategies that enhance the brand’s visual execution and market presence
- Ensure consistency across all media and campaigns
- Articulate and evolve the visual identity and design principles
- Align designers on the brand visual system
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive knowledge of design, visual ID systems, marketing, and communications, with a particular emphasis on digital and B2B marketing
- Ability to implement a creative vision in line with strategic priorities and business goals
- Strong conceptual and hands-on design skills
- Broad knowledge of interactive/digital experiences including web, mobile, and multi-media
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design, fine arts, or related field
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in a design or advertising agency and/or in-house role
- Ability to protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information
