Key responsibilities & impact

Join a two-year Global Finance Graduate Scheme in Manchester beginning in Autumn 2027
Participate in a rotational training program across various financial team roles
Choose between Analytical and Transactional finance tracks
Conduct quantitative analysis and prepare financial reports
Support financial planning, budgeting, fee proposals, advanced analytics, and financial modeling
Contribute to strategic projects and provide analytical support to attorneys, the department, and firm management
Rotate through Credit, Legal Project Management, Financial Insights Consulting, and Pricing on the Analytical Track
Support and control key financial transactions
Rotate through Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billing, and Procurement on the Transactional Track
Provide high-level customer service to internal and external clients
Collaborate globally with offices, teams, and Business Services Trainees

Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent graduate or on track to graduate in Summer 2027
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field
Graduated in the last two years with a 2:1 degree or above, or on track to graduate with a 2:1 in Summer 2027
Knowledge and proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
