About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee all aspects of international assignments and transfers
  • Manage allowances
  • Prepare and review cost estimates
  • Process expense reports
  • Maintain assignment management databases
  • Manage external vendor relationships
  • Manage performance evaluations
  • Partner with Human Capital & Talent to recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Manage end-to-end support for international assignees, permanent transferees, and their families
  • Provide process orientations and coordinate with third-party vendors
  • Manage exception requests
  • Organise, assign, delegate, and coordinate the Global Mobility team's work
  • Assess country-specific immigration requirements and engage appropriate immigration vendors
  • Determine imputed income based on monthly general ledger reports
  • Coordinate payments with payroll and review journal entries for accuracy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Relevant experience to the role
  • Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Ability to work in a team environment with a customer-service focus
  • Organisational skills to manage time, prioritise effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
